Foo Fighters kick off their North American tour tomorrow night in America's Penis (Florida).
“We’re proud to be an arena rock band,” says drummer and group cheerleader Taylor
Hawkins. “We enjoy doing the bigass shows—making big noise with big toys.”
This will be the Foo Fighters first tour in support of what is in my opinion their best album, Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace. Think about the last 20 years for a second....what rock bands are going to stand the test of time and be remembered forever? Two come to mind; Chili Peppers and Foo Fighters. Who else has staying power these days and who are radio staions going to be playing for classic rock 30 years from now?
Foo Fighters will be touring with the likes of Jimmy Eat World, Against Me!, and Hi-Fi Hand Grenades. Tour Dates below.

Hooray! the time is finally here. I am going to the show on the 17th and I am sooo excited! ( not however about the comment about Florida being America's penis)I was going to go to the show in Sunrise because that was where I saw them in '05 with Weezer. I also lived down there for a very long time, but since I am now located up here by Orlando, I chose this venue instead. I wish I could have afforded to go to both. This is gonna be a kick azz show. Dave Grohl= Rock God
